Vintage French Provincial Double Dresser

Product details

Seller's Notes:This vintage French Provincial dresser is a great combination of decorative style and useful bedroom storage. It has six drawers arranged symmetrically in two banks of three, with ornate hardware and plenty of shaped detailing throughout. The upper drawers are framed with flowing, scalloped molding, while the two lower drawers are much deeper and each uses two pulls across one large drawer front. The gold-painted trim continues around the drawer fronts, between the drawers, along the shaped top, and down the center of the case. The cream/ivory finish keeps the dresser light and versatile, while the gold accents add a more decorative, glamorous quality. Curved tapered legs and a scalloped lower apron complete the French Provincial silhouette. This would work naturally in a bedroom but could also be useful in a dressing room, guest room, or larger space where you want storage that feels more like furniture than a basic contemporary dresser. Dimensions: 50w 17d 33h Condition: age appropriate wear, vintage finish worn, scuffs/scratches, edge wear, discoloration, veneer chips, interior marks, see photos.
