The AptDeco was exceptional. The drivers were on top of things and helped to avert a bad situation— they let me know that the sofa was damaged and gave me option to reject it. The 2nd item was unloaded, brought into the house and, overall the team was courteous, professional and we were very pleased in all of interactions w them.

My delivery was cancelled unexpectedly and ultimately delivery arrived after the stated window (1-5) on the rescheduled day. Despite these issues, it was an overall positive experience. I do not fault Jose A for these issues, as NYC traffic is aburd.

Driver arrived while I was at work and asked if he could leave it on the porch. I would just like better communication and true white glove delivery.

They arrived a little early and didn't wait until the right time when I didn't pick up after one call. I wasn't expecting them just yet. They buzzed the upstairs neighbor who let them leave it in the inside porch, but I had to drag it in myself. I'm a 65-year-old woman, and it wasn't easy for me. They should have just waited for 5 minutes until they were expected.

So, the experience was great and the guys were very friendly. We noticed a gouge in the desk piece after the gentlemen left and it was never noted in the description of the piece. Based on the kind of damage, my guess is that one of the other parts fell into the desk piece during transit.

The bed was delivered 7 days after the END of the delivery window. The day of they were hours later than the window. Finally, no one told the poor delivery folks they had to assemble the bed. Not “white glove” at all. Not the fault of the delivery folks tho.

They could not deliver directly to our resident. They didn’t have proper identification and vehicle tags so they were not allowed in gated community. I am disappointed that we had to meet them outside the gates. I don’t feel that the price that I paid for delivery was worth this inconvenience. I may not order from AptDeco again.

I only given a 10-15 minute window and not a 45 minute window like promised to be ready for the new delivery time outside the original delivery estimate. I was in an important phone call and started receiving calls and texts at 3 PM over and over and could not answer. The deliver was made a few minutes later. I made a 4 hour window, 4-8, the time I was available for a reason.

Delivery was just ok, the crew didn’t walk down the path I had shoveled snow from and walked through the snow which tracked into my house. The delivery team let me know they could not reassemble the item because the seller had disassembled. Oscar was very personable and kind. He came up alone bc his driver couldn’t find a parking spot and had to stay with the vehicle so not to get a ticket. It was fine but it did make getting the dresser on the dolly challenging as it was heavy. I had already disassembled the sofa so no need for them to remove the feet. It is a modular sofa meant to be easily disassembled for frequent moves. Dmitry and the other person took pictures and wrapped and packaged the sofa parts quickly and carefully.

We do not have service at our house. I tried to communicate this prior to the day of delivery but it was not communicated to the driver. He therefore left our furniture outside despite multiple attempts to call/text. I really wish the message had been sent to him about the lockbox code. Now I have to lug a couch indoors myself despite paying for delivery.

The delivery company, Biffi, did not initially get back to me in a timely manner to work out the pickup details. However, they did ultimately respond and from then on they were terrific. We worked out the date, they gave me a small window which is hugely helpful, I got real-time tracking of arrival time, and the pickup was efficient and painless. Overall a great experience.

Delivery was prompt but did not deliver to my apartment as we had previously agreed to on call. Instead just left the item in the building lobby. It’s a heavy chair and I had to move it by myself to the fourth floor. Also the item itself was extremely poorly packed, just some plastic that too only on the top. The chair is velvet and it definitely led to some surface damage.

The idea was definitely not as described, I feel a little duped. The item has lots of stains that were not described or depicted in the photos. I spent all day using my bissell cleaner on it and the stains still won’t come out. Overall I am sad and disappointed but going to make the best of it. AptDeco did nothing wrong and had great service, but I wish they could review the items before.
