Baker Furniture Brown Leather Armchair

Product details

Seller's Notes:A handsome vintage armchair by Baker Furniture featuring warm brown leather upholstery and an ebonized-finish wood frame. The chair has a clean, tailored silhouette with a tall rectangular upholstered back, broad leather seat, straight legs, and distinctive curved open arms. The sculptural arms introduce a fluid element to the otherwise architectural frame and give the chair an appealing profile from multiple angles. The warm brown leather creates a rich contrast against the dark ebonized finish, allowing the chair to work easily with a variety of furniture styles and finishes. An applied Baker Furniture medallion identifies the maker. Versatile in both scale and design, this piece could be used as a desk chair, library chair, dining armchair, bedroom chair, or standalone accent piece. Its combination of traditional materials and restrained lines allows it to transition easily between modern, traditional, transitional, and eclectic interiors.
