Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful Baroque Secretaire desk with a beautiful very unique pale color that delights every guest. This piece has been in the family for many decades, spending most of that time in Germany, and was shipped to the USA from Germany two decades ago. It surely will bring great joy to its new owner. This Secretaire was estimated to be from 1880, and was likely restored at some point, however, it is also possible it is an original from 1750 and not from the 1880's, or 2nd Time (Zweite Zeit), or that it was built later than the 1880. The antique appraiser located in Germany couldn't however pinpoint its age for certain, without being able to see it in person, which was not possible due to being in different countries, however he felt it most likely to be from 1880. Located in the USA
