Seller's Notes:Has been primary couch in our living room since early 2016. Used as a nightly sleeper for some part of this time, with mattress topper on top of the sleeper cushions. Very comfortable according to those who have slept on it. Sleeper mechanism is easy to pull out. Small fabric tear around the mechanism only visible when sleeper is open. Barely visible small whitish stain on one cushion (has been cleaned). Some fabric discoloration from sun exposure (covered fabric areas are a little darker).
Cushions are somewhat worn/compressed.
