Seller's Notes: Room & Board sectional in Vance Ice fabric (discontinued) which is 90% cotton and 10% polyester velvet .The fabric rotates seasonally, which is why it’s no longer listed online. I still have the original Room & Board swatch with all fabric details as posted above.
The sectional is in great condition and comes from a smoke and pet-free home. We have had it about 9months now and it’s very comfortable but we are taller and have always gotten deep couches so we opt for switching it up for a deep couch.
I can also help arrange pickup and delivery locally and will cover the delivery fee to make the process easy.
