Seller's Notes:This beautiful chair is in extraordinary condition! It was purchased from the previous homeowners when we bought our house in 2015. They had lived here for 42 years. The exact age is unknown, but is believed to be at least 50 years old. The couple in their 80’s had a number of antique pieces from their parents’ homes. It’s solid and doesn’t have any major scratches or blemishes, just a beautiful dark patina from age. It has been in a smoke-free home with a dog, but she has never been on this chair. The seat cushion has been covered over the years and is not permanently affixed to the frame, making it easy to recover.
