Seller's Notes:Bed is in great shape: one of the side boards that holds the bed does have a crack in it, but has for years and still works just fine. But I have marked the pricing down significantly due to this. The photos of blemishes and the crack is included Loft features beautiful detailing including built-in desk with 2 drawers, 1 full-length fixed mirror, built-in dresser with 4 drawers and 4 fixed shelves (for twin bed) and 6 fixed shelves (for full size bed) above the dresser. Includes guardrails for the loft bed and a solid wood fixed ladder with four rungs. Ladder cannot be repositioned. All our lofts are expertly engineered for safety and to fit most spaces with 8' ceilings. Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit are accessible from both sides. Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit can be configured to face outward (outside the loft space) or inward (inside the loft space. We recommend using a bunk bed mattress (sold separately) which will fit the upper bunk. Do not use a boxspring on the loft. Drawer pulls are finished in brass but include nickel finished pulls in hardware packet. Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven floors.
