Seller's Notes:I purchased this bedframe for my daughter when she outgrew her toddler's/kid's bed (when she was about 5 years old). She is now going off to college, so her room needs a larger bed. (This bedframe took her from not being able to read because of dyslexia to being the valedictorian of her graduating class. Obviously, the bedframe itself can't guarantee academic success, but it can support a good night's sleep, and has a positive, inspiring backstory.) I am selling the twin bedframe shown in the photos. It is a wood bedframe, solidly made, with two large storage drawers. The drawers roll easily. The exterior dimensions of the bedframe are approximately 80" wide, 46" deep and 29.25" tall at the ends. A small sticker is on one end. The second photo shows the slats that hold up the mattress. (Stuffed animals are shown to illustrate how much stuff one of the two drawers can hold.) A photo shows the other end of the bedframe. Another photo shows the two drawers pulled all the way out. The final photo shows the bed with comforters and pillows. The real importance of this photo, though, is how to turn this or any twin size bedframe into a couch. If you have two of those fabric toy chests and stack them, and then place pillows in front of the toy chests (storing sheets, for example), there is then 24" left, creating the standard seating depth for a couch. See the left side of the photo. (The toy chests are not included in the listing.) This has been a great bedframe for my daughter. I am sure you and your child will love it too. I also have some optional items related to the bedframe I can include at no extra charge. Price: $499 or best offer. (Standard service zone delivery is included in this price. The bed is located in NYC.)
