Storage is in a "lift-up" model which is much more space-effective than any drawers format, and offers a lot of dust-free space for anything. Huge storage box under the mattress that is 7.5" deep. Wooden frame is beautiful and the headboard is clean-styled and simplistic/modern. Perfect for anyone with allergies such as dust or pollen, or who just prefers wood over fabric and upholstery. Includes the original headboard kit that offers setup at a higher headboard positioning. In great shape and would be useful for many more years. Only reason for selling is transition to a larger mattress size.
