Since it was custom ordered West Elm will not take it back. I have included the West Elm order for part number reference. The photo of the piece of paper is to try to demonstrate the color. The paper is "true" white.

Solid and engineered wood frame. Plastic shadowline support legs. High-gauge sinuous springs and webbing provide seat cushion support. Webbed back cushion support. Cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), we rate it a 4. Please refer to individual component images for lining details. Power Recliner is plug-in only and has a power button on side of chair that controls variable positions for recliner and headrest. Non-Motion Single and Power Recliner feature a pop-up, ratcheted headrest that adjusts to variable positions. Non-Motion Single, Corner, Ottoman and Chaise are stationary. Sectional pieces attach via universal clips (included). Please note, depth when reclined dimension measures from the top to the bottom of the piece when it's fully reclined.
