This couch has been used in two homes in NYC, both pet-free and smoke-free for ~4 years total and is in good condition, no tears or scuffs on the couch. The cushion covers are machine washable with a zipper closure. The L-shape / chaise can be moved to either left or right side very easily.
Dimensions: 89.5" long, 34" deep, back is 28" tall.
A sectional that swings both ways. A safe bet for frequent movers (or compulsive furniture rearrangers), the Jackson Sectional is easily reconfigured into a right-arm or left-arm chaise. Each is crafted in the USA with hand-built frames and cushions and hand-finished upholstery.
