Seller's Notes:Hi! This is our beloved West Elm sleeper sofa. It’s been an excellent couch—perfect for hosting guests (pulls out into a bed), cozy movie nights with friends, and more. It also features amazing built-in storage, which has been a game-changer for NYC living. It’s in great shape—so much so that people often ask why we’re letting it go! We’re just updating our space with a new aesthetic. There is one small stain, but it’s not very noticeable. We truly love this couch and hope it finds a great new home!

Solid & engineered wood frame with reinforced joinery. Solid wood legs with Chocolate-stained finish (removable). Loose seat and back cushions with foam padding for maximum comfort. Sofa pulls out to reveal a Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), we rate it a 3. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it. Chaise cushion lifts up to reveal storage space. For child safety, chaise cushion does not seal completely unless additional weight is added. Sectional pieces attach via alligator clips (included). This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
