Seller's Notes:I'm selling my beautiful credenza with solid wood construction and a 3/4" slab of marble as the top surface. I purchased this credenza as part of an estate sale from the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel so I could bring a piece of Canada with me on my move to the DC area. The credenza is in great shape overall, with some minor scuffing along the base and the brass handles that its new owner would easily be able to touch up if desired. The credenza has three 2-door cabinets: the left cabinet has 3 larger open-format drawers, the middle cabinet has 4 smaller private drawers, and the right cabinet has a large open space with a small shelf above that previously held a mini fridge. Note that the right cabinet has an exposed back to allow for fridge ventilation. There is also a power cord that powers several outlets in the left cabinet. This piece is the real deal in terms of quality and vintage feel. Note that due to the solid wood construction and thick marble, I estimate it to weigh in excess or 300 lbs.
