Seller's Notes:Beautiful reproduction of a Kitagawa Utamaro wood block print created for the book, Ehon shiki no hana Volume 2, produced in 1801. The title of the print is "Two Geisha and Porter in Wind and Rain in the Night." The print is in the original handmade frame with the classic gold-on-red molding and linen fabric matte. The art measures 16 inches tall x 21 inches wide x 1/2 inch deep. Weight is 4 pounds. My parents purchased and framed this print in Japan in1957 on their way to their next assignment in Burma. Except for the crack in the glass, the art is in excellent condition.
