Seller's Notes:This is a magnificent, vintage, MCM filament pendant “Swag Light” by Paul Secon (co-founder of Pottery Barn). It was designed for German manufacturer, Sompex in the 1960s. The pendant lamp foundation is made of clear Perspex (Lucite) with intricately woven nylon threads around the frame that surrounds the bulb. The effect, when lit, is a warm light that casts intriguing shadows. The light has a slightly vertical oval shape. It is 16 inches tall and approximately 14 inches at its widest. The opening at the bottom is 4 inches to allow for easy bulb change.
