Seller's Notes:This compact vintage side table in warm teak is a lovely example of Danish mid-century design at its most livable. Two clean teak slab panels support an overhanging square top inset with a four-tile ceramic panel — hand-decorated with a bold geometric diamond motif in cream, sand, and grey-brown with incised line-work. The combination of warm teak grain and graphic hand-decorated tile is the signature material pairing of Danish export furniture from the 1960s and 1970s. The slab-base construction is clean and architectural, the teak grain is rich throughout, and the tile inset is intact. A versatile piece that works as a side table, nightstand, or reading chair companion in mid-century modern, Scandinavian, or contemporary interiors.
