Seller's Notes:Framed by Johnson’s Frame Center of New York City, this vintage French poster is a beautiful addition to any home. There is some slight warping of the poster itself under the glass. The makers of bicycles had always strived to differentiate their models from those of the competition. In the case of the De Dion Bouton, we see a beautifully dressed woman accompanied by her loyal dog as she prepares to ride her stylish bicycle along the shore line. The implication made by the artist, Fournery, in the 1925 poster, is that the bicycle should appeal to a certain clientele, those dressed as elegantly as the woman.
