We all know they don't make furniture like they used too :) Paid $40k with import fees and delivery….28 years ago. Condition: Smoke, pet hair free home. Minor scuffing on the table side where the table meets the chairs. Table top has some scuffing thanks to having wonderful grandchildren. NO major damage as far as breaks or tears.
