Uhuru Design Fenced in Demilune Console Table

Product details

Seller's Notes:This console table was purchased by interior designer in Jan 2017 from Uhuru Design, a Brooklyn-based New American furniture design firm specializing in bespoke residential and high-end commercial furniture. The table has platted brass with smoked glass. The retail purchase price at the time was $6,800. I think the table is in fairly good condition but of course has some normal wear and tear. I took a picture of a small white dot in the glass, not sure how it got there. We are moving and no longer have the need for this table. The picture of the table amongst the other furniture is from when it was originally purchased. The other close up photos are current.

The Fenced-In Demilune is made from repurposed cast-iron fence pieces in a traditional Art Deco repeat design. Originally inspired by the ornate iron work common on Brooklyn brownstones in neighborhoods surrounding the Uhuru workshop, the Fenced-In Demilune makes a striking entryway or reception room centerpiece. Available in custom sizes and finishes. Hand built to order, signed and numbered by the maker in Red Hook, Brooklyn and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
