Seller's Notes:Description: Antique solid oak dining set. The table features a gateleg "drop-leaf" design. It can function as a slim console table or expand into a full dining table for 4–6 people. There is an additional leaf to extend the table further. Features: Includes 4 matching slat-back chairs. Dimensions: 30" Height ~Extended with Additional Leaf: ~61"L x 40"W ~Extended without Additional Leaf: 50"L x 40"W ~Both Leaves Closed: 25.5"L x 40"W. Condition: Sturdy and functional. Surface wear typical of an antique of this age. One chair is missing a cap on the back leg (pictured), but we have the cap so it could be repaired. Smoke and pet-free home! Reason for Selling: Relocating soon—must go by late May! Pickup: Must pick up. The table is solid wood and heavy. We recommend using a moving company like Lugg as we're in a third floor apartment.
