Set of Six Mid-Century Walnut Dining Chairs

Product details

Seller's Notes: A complete set of six American mid-century walnut dining chairs from the 1960s — two armchairs and four side chairs — with a sculpted splat back that sets them apart from standard production of the period. Three curved tapered splats rise to a concave crest rail with raised corner posts, the shaped back giving each chair a strong vertical presence and a design quality that reads across a dining room. Walnut frames throughout with square tapered legs and H-stretcher. The two-armchair, four-side-chair configuration is the most practical arrangement for a table of six, and complete matched sets in this format are genuinely hard to find. The walnut tone works alongside dining tables in a range of materials and finishes. No maker identified. A set that delivers mid-century design quality and practical completeness in equal measure.
