Seller's Notes:This sleeper sofa is sleek, modern and easy to convert into a queen sized futon. The chaise portion stays intact while the remaining couch unit can fold out into a sturdy and comfortable futon sleeper. Cushions are down filled. Feet are brushed steel. Couch fabric is very liquid repellent. Note that tiny stain from a drop of nail polish remover is not a discoloration but more of a texture change (about .05 cm), unnoticeable unless you run hand over specific spot. Dimensions: 82 in x 37 in x 34.3 in (Width x Depth x Height) We had this sitting in our media/guest room which is now a dedicated office space.
