Seller's Notes:This item was bought brand new from Rooms to Go for a studio apartment for a graduate student. It has been barely used as I have been sleeping on my couch, at school, or have been out of town. I bought it July of 2024. The stairs have compartment drawers within them to store items. As seen in the main product image, I was able to fit a loveseat and ottoman comfortably underneath, but I used to have a desk setup underneath. I have a cat.

Mattress and foundation sold separately. This product requires a bunkie board (sold separately).
