Seller's Notes:This is the RH Maddox Slim Arm 2 Cushion Sofa and Ottoman. Luxe Depth, Down-Feather Fill, Perennials Perfomance Textured Linen Weave. Purchased in Chicago in 2021. I'm moving apartments and it sadly won't fit in my new unit. In great condition, truly no signs of wear since I have cared for it well. Such a great deal for whoever will have it next, as it now retails for closer to $10k.
