Seller's Notes: RESTORATION HARDWARE - Breton Rectangular Extension Dining Table - Solid Oak Wood - 108" to 144" I am moving and I am selling a lot of designer furniture from my home. This beautiful table is too big for our new place and sadly we have to sell it. Closed size is 108" (can easily seat 8 people) but it can extend up to 144" and can easily host 12 seats. The extension setup is really easy, you just pull both sides of the table and the additional piece is stored under. It has latches to secure it, but they're not visible at all. It's really well constructed and engineered. It has a small crack along the extension cut due to one of the pegs being a bit misaligned, but I asked my carpenter and it's easily fixable (and I think just some wood paste will do it). There's also a small discoloration stain but it's barely visible.
