Seller's Notes:European designed wood desk with XL twin bed. Excellent condition. Designed and manufactured in Italy with German parts and mechanisms. Parts, maintenance and installers through Resource Furniture in Soho, NY. This desk/bed is awesome. You can leave everything on the desk and it easily lifts up and then the single bed flips down. We purchased the Cambrio piece along with the Lollisoft bunk beds (which we are also selling) to maximize space in our kids bedroom. We have loved this piece and it is in excellent condition. Resource Furniture offers a lifetime warranty and guarantee on their product and this piece is literally as good as new. They also have people the can recommend to disassemble and assemble. Note: When the desk is open it adds an extra 10 inches to the depth.
