Seller's Notes:Beautiful handwoven Agra rug, circa 1995, preserved in excellent unused condition. This piece was woven using natural dyes and village-prepared hand-spun wool, giving the rug exceptional character, softness, and depth of color. Inspired by the refined weaving traditions of the 1890s period, the design features a rich burgundy field with elegant ivory borders and intricate floral motifs that create a timeless Old World look. Although woven in the 1990s, this rug has never been used and remains in beautiful new condition. A wonderful statement piece for traditional, classic, or transitional interiors.
