Seller's Notes:This modern recliner sofa is from the Cindy Crawford Home Collection. Providing luxury and comfort, this loveseat is a timeless seat for two. Upholstered in a smooth, vibrant taupe colored leather. It allows you to recline the chaise-style footrests so you can kick back and relax. Soft, sumptuous pillowtop arms make it easy to get comfortable. A pull tab reclining lever completes this piece. It will also include a leather throw pillow as shown. I had this loveseat in a second family room on the upper level of my home so it rarely got sat on. It remains in excellent condition other than some slight scraping, due to moving it to the garage. The blemish is located on the top corner on the backside of the sofa (as shown in photo 9). However, because of where it is, it won’t be readily seen. By the way, I paid $995 and am selling it to you at a substantial reduction.
