Seller's Notes:This Queen Anne brown maple dining set was originally purchased new by my grandma and then past down to my mom after her passing. It has been loved and does show some wear, especially on the chairs. We are downsizing our living arrangements and this won't fit. The table has a custom protective mat for the top; easily removable since it is just felt and faux leather that folds up. There are two removable leafs to the table; 75" long with 2 leafs, 58" with 1 leaf, and 42" without leafs. There is a small nick on the top as noted in the pictures, as well as a missing latch for the leafs underneath, the other three latches are intact and functional. There are six cane back chairs total, two of which are captains chairs (with arms). There are a few woren edges, paint scuffs and cracks in the wood seams and the light colored upholstery on the chairs show visible staining on at least three of the pads regardless of being covered with seat covers it's entire life. All table and chairs feet have felt pads added.
