In Fantastic Condition- Like New with exception of slight patina naturally coming out on some of the seat cushions. Totally natural with leather aging process.
Built for years of enjoyment and functionality- this leather will reveal a rich patina & deep browns over time.
Smoke free and pet free home, as always.

Construction
Roll arm.
Removable, rectangular, solid wood legs are finished in Seadrift or Dark Walnut.
Loose cushions.
Standard cushions have a down-blend-wrapped core for a softer feel and extra comfort. Back cushion is 100% polyester fill.
To allow breathability and ensure long-term quality, cushions have a section of black denim upholstery on reverse side.
Expertly crafted engineered wood frame with corner-block construction, which provides exceptional structural integrity.
No-sag steel, sinuous springs provide cushion support.
Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven floors.
Hidden steel connectors hold modular pieces securely together.
