Seller's Notes:P. Derby and Co. made sturdy oak office furniture from 1900-1940. Originally purchased for $350 at an Antique Shop. The seat cracked after a few years and its been in clean dry storage since. The seat needs to be re-glued and it would be ready for resale for twice this cost. The height adjustment and tilt function properly. The hardware and wood are in great condition. It may be the original casters. (cannot confirm but that's what i was told at purchase.)
