Seller's Notes:I'm selling a very comfortable sectional against the advise of many that I've had for two years and the centerpiece of my living room. It's three sections and an ottoman, all very lightly used and in good condition – no odors, structurally sound, and very spacious. The color of the couch is a cream (almost eggshell white), which became quite versatile for our space. Despite its color, the fabric is so easy to care for and clean. It surprisingly wasn't a magnet for stains, and if we ever noticed a small mark it came right off with a bit of Folex (pro-tip for all of your fabric maintenance needs) or water & soap. As for how comfortable it is...it will be the coziest, sink-in and relax type couch you'll have. We're getting rid of it because we're remodeling our space. Otherwise we'd have it for many more years.
