Seller's Notes:This vintage vanity stool showcases a Neoclassical-inspired profile with dramatic scroll-form supports and a clean, structured platform base. It’s a small piece with a lot of personality—equal parts sculptural and functional. The design language leans Empire/Regency revival, with bold curves and a balanced, architectural stance. The finish presents in a warm brown tone that suggests mahogany or a similar fine-grained wood, though exact species is unconfirmed. The upholstered top has been updated in a striped fabric and finished with decorative trim, providing a comfortable seat and a polished look. The updated upholstery makes it easy to integrate into a variety of rooms while keeping the piece’s traditional character. Use it as a footstool beside a reading chair, a vanity seat, or a decorative accent in a bedroom. The lower plinth adds stability and helps the stool feel visually grounded. Dimensions: 21.5w 17d 23h Condition: age appropriate wear, vintage finish worn, scuffs/scratches, edge wear, discoloration, see photos.
