Seller's Notes:This loveseat is in mostly great shape, and is easy to clean. I clean it thoroughly with a vacuum and a garment steamer a few times a year. I'm replacing it because I'm redecorating, and sizing up. Technically the only blemish is a tiny little tear near one of the legs that was there when I was unpacking it. The actual downside to this sofa is that the seat cushion has flattened and tends to sag forward. I bought some decorative throw pillows and just reposition the cushion when I need to. If I wasn't redecorating, I'd have added a second velcro strip to keep it in place. The little stubby feet come off so it will fit through doors. It's on the heavy side (apparently 45 lbs) but it should fit in the back of most cars and 2 people can carry it. I don't think I have the owner's manual for it, but I do have an allen wrench to get the feet on and off.
