Maxalto Creso High Sideboard by Antonio Citterio

Product details

Seller's Notes:Beautiful and rare Maxalto Creso High Sideboard, designed by Antonio Citterio for Maxalto / B&B Italia. Originally introduced in 2006, the Creso is a striking piece of Italian modern design that combines an architectural, sculptural form with an incredible amount of functionality. We love this piece and how versatile it is, but we're renovating our home and unfortunately no longer have a space where it works, so we're hoping to find it a new home. The Creso is finished in rich dark oak with sleek metal structural details and a raised base that gives such a substantial piece a surprisingly light, architectural feel. One of our favorite features is the upper drop-front compartment, which opens into a large integrated surface. It can function beautifully as a bar, hidden desk/workspace, serving station, or media cabinet. The lower cabinet opens to generous shelving for glassware, bottles, tableware, books, electronics, or general storage, while the open compartments provide additional display space. It's an unusually versatile piece that can work in a dining room, living room, office, or as a very sophisticated bar cabinet.
