Seller's Notes:A lovely desk created for the Martha Stewart Signature Collection by Bernhardt. The desk is a warm espresso color and the accompanying chair is upholstered with a rich, light beige suede. There are a couple marks on the desk's surface, but the attached photos are taken very close-up. The desk still looks only a couple years old.

The Palisades Writing Desk provides a pleasing spot for composing letters, making journal entries, or balancing a checkbook. With its curved front and Tea Leaf finish, it coordinates neatly with the North River bedroom group, but also works well in the corner of a living room or den. The North River Turned Side Chair finished in Brandywine makes a warmly contrasting companion piece.
