Seller's Notes:I've had this great sectional for several years but the girlfriend is bringing hers over. Well loved, can comfortably seat 6. Great for hosting guests as it also has a pullout mattress, but it can also comfortably sleep 3 as is. The fabric is a brown microfiber. The cushions are worn but still have lots of life in them. Permanently housed in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Has a small tear behind the long side at the bottom, where my elliptical nicked it (see photo included).
