Seller's Notes:In April 2022, my father died. He died at the end of my birthday week. I realized he would never be around to see me acquire my first property. In summer 2022, I purchased a condo. I believe my purchase of this property was destined. My closing date was 9/5/2022, a day after what would have been my father's 70th birthday. Further proof of "divine intervention" is that when the 30 year mortgage matures it will have been 100 years since my Dad was born. I feel as though he was here with me through this process of starting a new chapter in my life. I asked my realtor to proposed by the condo with the staged furniture but that must have been missed. I was in love with the layout, in particular the dining table. Unfortunately, the condo had been cleared out at signing. I reached out to the staging company but do not sell individual pieces. I purchased THIS table from Macy's as the style was similar but NOT the color. I have since FOUND the original dining table and have no need for the stand-in. I don't mean anything negative of the furniture itself, it just wasn't my color.
