Seller's Notes:Early 20th-century solid wood dining table featuring draw-leaf construction, beautiful parquet top and handcrafted mortise-and-tenon joinery. This piece is made with quality materials and methods typical of small workshops or regional manufacturers of the era. The two 20" draw-leaves extend the table to 94"L. The table is constructed entirely of wood with visible hand-tool marks on the underside and original metal leaf-alignment hardware, all consistent with its age. A faint stamped number (“285”) on one of the draw legs suggests an original model or production mark. The leaves slide smoothly and align properly, making this a practical as well as historically interesting piece. Includes six matching chairs with upholstered seats in a neutral fabric. Both table and chairs are structurally solid with no wobbles.
