Seller's Notes:Selling a matched pair of custom Lee Industries sofas upholstered in crushed velvet. The pair includes one 96” sofa and one 84” sofa. These were custom ordered in 2008 for an Upper West Side Manhattan home and have been kept by one owner in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Both sofas are in excellent overall condition with very minimal signs of wear. The design has a classic Chesterfield-inspired shape with clean modern proportions, rolled arms, and a single continuous bench cushion on each sofa. The crushed velvet has a soft champagne-gold tone with beautiful dimensional texture. The cushions are built with 65% urethane foam and 35% goose down for a comfortable, supportive sit.
