Seller's Notes:I'm moving from a one bedroom to a studio, so this queen size sofa will be too big for me. It was new when it was gifted to me three years ago, and has been great and served me well. Everyone who has slept on it says it's really comfortable! This sofa is still made by Joybird, so it will bring some timeless character to your apartment. From its tufted button detailing and supportive cushions to its comfortable mattress and cozy design, it offers sophistication to complement any space. The fabric is a woven apple green chenille. (some of the photos of the same sofa in gray fabric are from Joybird website.) The 4.5" mattress is foam. According to Joybird's website, the sofa's wood frame is reinforced with corner blocking and kiln dried solid wood spring rails for warping prevention. The cushions are high-density polyurethane foam core containing no flame retardants or harmful chemicals encapsulated with multi layer fiber sheeting for lofted seating comfort. The upholstery is a one sided, non-reversible construction fabric. The bedding is a 4.5" high resilient mattress of high density foam, wrapped in a white polyester ticking. The sofa legs are wood. Joybird says the sofa has synthetic webbed back construction for a resilient and well balanced sit. Joints are glued, stapled and screwed to ensure frame stability and longevity. The seat cushions are easily removed for opening the bed. The convertible queen bed is also easy to open.

Settle into the Hughes’ tufted cushions and supportive seating, or unfold a cozy mattress for overnight guests. Regardless of the occasion, this Mid-Century masterpiece will serve as an adaptable focal point with its sleek lines and timeless aesthetic.
