Seller's Notes:From one of the best furniture designers, J Robert Scott, this beautiful piece of furniture was custom designed and made in 1989 for $8000 and resided in a multimillion dollar custom built home in the hills of Encino for the last 34 years until it was given to me a year ago when the owners moved away. It was placed in the living room that virtually saw no people ever, and so it remained flawless the entire time virtually untouched by anyone so the padding and pillow and structure are still like new. Measurements: back height: 28” Front to back: 37.5” Width: 37” Seat: 28” deep 21” wide Back rise from seat to top: 14.5” Seat height from floor: 17” Pillow: 21”w 12.5 h 7” deep The fabric now does show some flaws which I have pictured. I believe the stain is just a water stain due to the fabric being MOHAIR and I am not experienced with this fabric and would rather not attempt to clean myself and risk damaging it so I’m leaving it as is. The fabric is a beautiful champagne, very light, beige color and is very soft. The best part about this chair is that it is on recessed casters so that it rolls effortlessly and silently in any direction on a hard floor.
