Seller's Notes:Vintage Dresser with Mirror Made from wood - the top has formica or some other wood veneer type product on it which has allowed it to remain scratch free and shining for years. The dresser is also heavy and extremely well made - everything is dovetailed. The only screws used are attaching the handles to the drawers and attaching the mirror to the dresser. I purchased this in 2005 from an estate sale. Made by Bassett Furniture Industries and sold by J Kurtz & Sons Inc Furniture Store (in business from 1870 to 1978 - Brooklyn & Queens, NY); The tag from the company was inside the dresser under the top drawer - it has the inventory number on it which is also on the back of the piece. With mirror attached, the dresser height is 60.5 inches. I did not reattach the mirror when I moved to my current location in 2016 as I placed the dresser under a window. I used the mirror as a separate piece. The mirror is heavy so I did not attempt to re-attach it now - I just placed it on its side in front of the dresser to show that it is in perfect condition. The mirror comes with the attachments and hardware. Mirror is 42w x 1/2d - attachment wood is 3/4d.
