Seller's Notes:ITALIA TRACK ARM LEFT-ARM SOFA-CHAISE SECTIONAL - OAK BASE - This sectional was recently purchased (September 2024) and custom re-upholstered in ROMO - Zinc fabric - SABINA LINEN Color: Linen for one of our Interior Design clients. Upon arriving from Europe she has decided that she no longer wants the sectional and has asked us to assist with selling it on her behalf. The total Retail with custom fabrics and labor was $17,730. We are listing it for 50% off the retail price from RH before customization.
