Seller's Notes:NEED TO SELL BY 7/25! The sofa is in great condition (has sat in a den/office for the last several years so not sat on very often). There is a non-shedding small dog in the house, so it has technically been exposed to a pet, but there is no issue of fur or pet smell. Also has been in a non-smoking house. Overall, good condition and the performance velvet is super easy to clean/take care of.
