Seller's Notes:I have really enjoyed this loveseat over the years. The bold red leather adds so much personality to a room and has always been a great conversation piece when guests come over. It's the perfect size for an apartment, office, creative space, or cozy living room nook. Comfortable for two people and great for movie nights, reading, or relaxing after a long day. The loveseat is sturdy and comfortable with plenty of life left in it. It does show signs of normal wear from use, and there is a tear in the fabric underneath the couch that does not affect its functionality and is not visible during everyday use. I'm only selling because I'm moving out of state and can't take it with me. I'd love for it to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. Pickup only. Buyer responsible for transportation and loading.
