Finishes—including walnut, white ash, or white oak—reflect new technologies and consumer preferences. The headboard is available with or without woven cane; legs may be solid wood or stainless steel. But even with these updates, this unmistakably remains a Nelson bed frame in its simplicity and quiet beauty.
