Seller's Notes:This reproduction is from the Danish furniture designer Hans J. Wegner (1914-2007) who is considered one of the most creative, innovative, and prolific designers of all times. We bought the sofa 3.5 years ago for our penthouse apt. The velvet finish is in the color of "Velvet Pebble," which is a light taupe color. The velvet gives it a nice sheen that makes it appear lighter in color. We used fabric seat covers the whole time we've had it, so there are no stains, etc.
