Designed as a humidor for fresh tea leaves, it showcases exquisite traditional craftsmanship with a teak wood top and bottom, teak bark sides, and rattan reinforcement strips. The chest was assembled using black tree lacquer, an age-old technique that enhances its character. With its rich patina and natural materials, this piece is not only a functional artifact, but also a striking addition to any antique or vintage decor collection. A typed note from the shop detailing its origins is included inside.
